My bestie is a huge fan of Nigella and her recipes and asked me to make her this, however she's also allergic to nuts so I used coconut instead of the almonds. I thought this recipe was too good to be true but it was amazing. I think I've learnt my new oven runs a bit hot though... dang that means I'll have to make it again
