This is how I made Nigella's Strawberry Meringue Layer Cake. The recipe is so delicious, I only made an extra filling in it, we call it Swiss Cream in Holland. This is a custard made from milk with vanillabean and mixed with cream and some gelatin. I also made this cake before with raspberries. It was also so lovely! This recipe is very easy and everybody loves it.
