My daughter saw this and wanted to have a go at making it. In the process she learned to seperate the egg whites herself (we went through more than 6 eggs as some split and quite a bit ended up on the counter and floor)! She followed the recipe without any problem and was delighted to see her work turn into this luscious dessert which we are all about to indulge in.
