I have been making Nigella's Chocolate Raspberry Pavlova for over 15 years, and it's always a massive hit whenever I make it, and wherever I take it. For our daughter's recent engagement party, hosted at our home, I decided to make 10 of these beauties, and looked to experiment a little with different toppings. This photo shows one of the chocolate raspberry blueberry pavlovas, which was delicious! I also tried a peach blueberry pavlova, which was also beautiful. There wasn't a crumb left over at the end! My wife and I had the lovely opportunity to meet Nigella in Toronto three years ago, and she made my entire day by telling me that there was nothing sexier than a man who bakes! I'm glad my wife agrees! Thanks Nigella for teaching me how to bake - proving once again that you can teach an old dog new tricks!!
