This chocolate and raspberry pavlova is a firm family favourite, and a real wow pudding to serve up to friends. An easy summer pudding from the book Forever Summer, using an abundance of fresh summer raspberries. A kitchen aid, takes all the elbow work out of making a pavlova, using the whisk attachment. I always use good quality and fresh ingredients for the best results. For the chocolate clips in the pavlova use dark chocolate with at least 70% cocoa solids.
