Perfection on a plate, pure indulgence. I am a keen gardner and I love cooking from the produce straight from my garden. Although I love all seasons, summer is one of my favourite as you can sit outside, have fun and enjoy food with family and friends. I have used home grown strawberries for this pavlova. This is my first pavlova and it came out perfectly well, crispy outer and soft centre. This delicious dessert is one of my family's favourite too.
