A friend left some limes at my house (a luxury seasonal fruit where I'm located), so I wanted to make something very special. A quick Google search brought up this unexpected delight, and I made it for a friend's 'house-cooling' party (driving it two hours to the celebration). It couldn't have been more of a success - devoured in a matter of minutes!
