Hello Nigella! It's Sunday and I realised I had more or less the ingredients for the flourless chocolate lime cake, but just half! So this version is halved quantities, with milk chocolate with hazelnuts from my store cupboard (I used slightly less sugar than the recipe). And a wee pinch of baking powder for a boost. Since lime and amaretto work a treat in amaretto sour cocktails I swapped the Cointreau for amaretto because I love it! And oh my goodness it works. I live in Bordeaux, you are my domestic goddess. I can't wait for your new book! Bisous, baci !
