I wish I had a photo of the whole cake but it was so popular with my family that all I managed to get was a picture of one slice, accompanied by a generous dollop of the margarita cream! My Nan ate the cream first, coming back for more - considering she's not a big fan of booze that's gotta be a good sign! This cake was a joy to make and even more of a joy to eat. Thanks for bringing it into my life!
