Since our toddler is a keen pumpkin consumer, all I needed to get hold of for this recipe was the cream cheese. It was a very easy, relaxing baking process, even the clingfilm wrapping business took surprisingly little time. The cake is utterly delicious, it will definitely become a regular autumn recipe.
