"I saved this recipe for my Thanksgiving day dessert. I am lucky to have two grocers nearby that sell British foods so I was able to use whole wheat digestives for the crust base, I also added ground pecans. I usually make a pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving and got the idea to add the usual spices to the cheesecake. I felt like experimenting, I divided the batter into thirds adding one spice to each and carefully layering each one. I think it all melded anyway. It tasted great and was a nice change from the traditional pie."
