I made 2 pumpkin cheescake, but none of them wasn't so beautiful as I want them to be. But my family and co-workers liked it, so the flavour was ok then :) I must say I put at least 3-4 layers cling film, but still the water got somehow thru. The receipe was easy to follow and next year I will cook it again. P.S. And mother, thank you for the pumpkin ;)
