I made my own pumpkin puree from scratch. Which is very easy. Then I made the cheesecake itself that was also very fast and easy. Everything came out perfectly and I was very happy with the result. The cheesecake has a very mild pumpkin taste and it is not overly sweet which is the best part. The slices of cheesecake are gorgeous and the natural orange color is to die for.
