These cupcakes were definitely one of my favourite Christmas bakes. My holly-leaf cutter was a bit smaller than Nigella's so I couldn't use cranberries as holly berries; I rolled them out from red sugarpaste instead, I think I had gone a bit crazy by the end! It was well worth it though as they went down a treat with all the friends and family I shared them with :)
