This is a delicious and moist carrot and walnut cake from Nigella's latest wonder "At my table". I made a few minor changes like adding nutmeg and cinnamon powder along with the ginger powder, and I also added some dark raisins into the cake along with chopped walnuts. Result? Absolutely delicious cake that's just begging for a cup of hot coffee and some close friends to share with. I am going to be sharing with the readers of my blog Lapetitchef soon! I am sure they will love it.
