So proud of this one! Even though you can’t see the crater on its top, there is! I did a ring cake so I could put in the center half dark chocolate egg and cover it with colorful little chocolate eggs! Plus there is also a surprise: before covering the top with the chocolate cream I put some ‘dulce de leche’ (caramel cream) in honor of my birthplace!
