I missed a bottom so I baked one. In the Netherlands we call it biscuit. It's a light fluffy dough made of eggs wisked with sugar until it's light as mayonaise. Than fold in the flour. Pour into a baking tin and bake it for 15 minutes until golden brown. I make the lemoncurd myself and put half a jar (or more) on top of the dough. On top of that comes Nigella's pavlova! It's the best pie I've ever made my mum says!
