Using Pavlova recipe I baked in two pieces. A disc of meringue and a top layer. I then made my own zesty curd and a lemon sandwich sponge. I then layered the sponge and meringues to make a twist on the basic Pavlova. Indulgent layers of lemon sponge, lemon curd and meringue.
