I love this recipe. It is my go to summer dessert. Everyone is really complimentary about the meringue so I now always use this recipe for meringue and finish it with a variety of other Nigella toppings. I also always find it works perfectly! This one had a long car journey to reach it's destination at my parent's house for Sunday lunch and so does not look as glamorous as others but it got rave reviews on taste nonetheless.
