A classic lemon pavlova inspired by springtime in the Pacific Northwest. The berries and mint remind me of the dark clouds, big raindrops, and sprouting fiddle heads ferns. Like myself, these garnishes can be found in the wilds of the beautiful state of Oregon. #PNW
