Nigella's Lemon Pavlova made with fresh eggs from my neighbor's chickens, homemade lemon curd, and light and airy whipped cream. This was my first go at a pavlova and I was really nervous as meringue has never been my strong suit. It was so simple and fun to make that I can't wait to make it again with different flavors and some fresh fruits. My husband loved it and can't wait for me to whip up another one.
