Lemon Pavlova Cream, meringue and lemon, Oh yes, I'm most definitely in heaven. I added poppy seeds .. they work so well with lemon and add another texture and flavour. In addition the yolks did not go to waste .. wye valley asparagus with freshly made hollandaise sauce for starters.
