I made this for my Mothers Day afternoon tea. The cake was so, so easy to whip up and was devoured by all. We served it up with a delicious organic vanilla yogurt and decorated with the last of the autumn roses from the garden. This cake will be on high rotation for future events (and sneaky Sunday afternoon treats)
