English Garden Tea for Two! Pear, Pistachio & Rose Cake. I baked the cake for 40 mins in the Baking Oven of my Aga and then transferred to The Roasting Oven to brown for the final 10 minutes. I omitted the Rose water from the glaze, increased the lemon juice and warmed the apricot/lemon topping.
