As Autumn approaches Cape Town the last flurry of old roses grace this beautifully fragrant cake. I enjoyed making the cake ,following the easy recipe. I love using fruit and almond flour is such a healthy option. I made it for a Mother’s Day supper with a Moroccan theme to celebrate my beloved 88 year old Mum who still enjoys her days and family meals .
