First when I received email was thinking about name ... such a beautiful cake name . I love Nigella's titles she describes recipe by choosing good names for them . pistachio and rose water are iranian's favorite . specially me! I prefer the flourless cakes . but when was making didn't expect any success; cake batter was a bit runny but I decided to wait until the end and I am happy for that patience ... I used some fresh salted pistachio to reduce sweetness and decorate with mix of salted and unsalted pistachio as well. for decoration tried to use my beautiful dried roses witch recently bought from spice bazar in Istanbul . Finally ... cake was amazing loved it when It was cooled in chiller much more . Thanks to Nigella
