I adore the taste of this cake. Reminds me of Baklava cake because of all the nuts and moistness. Have to say it's one of the best pear cakes I have ever eaten. Oh and by the way I used dried rose petals which has stronger aroma and is tastier and has no bitterness in it. Love the cake. Absolutely amazing!
