I’m wrote an exam this morning. So this cookalong was a much needed creative carving out of the afternoon. My oven doesn’t quite know how to regulate it’s own temperature. These babies were done in 5 minutes! In the photo was my afternoon cup of coffee and the chosen shortcake (those smushy strawberries are out of this world). Now to decide what to do with the left over eggy cream.
