Non avevo mai preparato gli shortcakes, sono veramente deliziosi. Ho modificato leggermente la farcitura, utilizzando yogurt greco e panna mescolati insieme, invece delle fragole, lamponi e fragoline di bosco. Niente albume e zucchero per la glassatura, ma zucchero a velo dopo la farcita. / translation: I've never made shortcakes, they're really delicious. I slightly modified the filling, using Greek yogurt and cream mixed together, instead of strawberries, raspberries and wild strawberries. No egg white and icing sugar, but powdered sugar after filling.
