Left this till the very last minute because I was not sure that I could make them they look so beautiful. So prepared myself dived in and was happy to say it was an easy to follow and had the wow factor. Tossed the strawberries in a little bit of mint Just to give it that fresh summery taste. I also halved the recipe as didn’t have that many people to feed.
