"NO FUSS FRUIT 'T heART" with a Twist Hi Nigella, The pie crust was made with a mixture of Speculoos and Digestive Biscuits For the filling I used Ricotta blended with a Fruit-compote Mango/Passionfruit/Apple to add a sour twist in the middle The Heart was completed with a lot of Berries and a Drizzle of Honey on Top Buon Appetito!!
