Absolutely enjoyed making this recipe. After I poured the filling I put it back in the freezer for another 10 minutes just as I had done for the crust. My husband wanted a plain slice so I created a design that had a gap for him. I also used graham crackers as we don't have digestive biscuits readily available here in the states. Will be using this tart recipe more than once I suspect!
