She will bring your senses to life As soon as you cut her with a knife Nothing brings joy to the heart Like a delicious No-Fuss Tart! [ a little poem by me ;) ] What a wonderful experience it was for me and the kids to create this tasty piece of tart. Especially for me, who never heard of or has made lemon curd before ;) For a touch of freshness on a hot day like this i added mint leaves and sprinkled the tart with a bit of lime juice.
