The whole process went pretty well. I have used a bit more raspberries because I love them. Instead of standard cream cheese, I have used mascarpone to give a more mouthful taste like in a tiramisu cream. Regarding the crust, I should have add a little bit more butter than the 75g of the recipe to be able to unmould the tart more easily.
