I made Nigella Lawson’s Ghoul-Graveyard Cake. I had never made it before, but Thankfully all went very well and the best part of it is, is that the cake tastes fantastic! I did not add black food coloring, simply because I don’t have any, but I add a little something to fill the cake up: blackcurrant-berry jam (cassis jam). It was a lovely extra touch because not only did the flavor of blackcurrant and chocolate go surprisingly well together, it looked extra spooky seeing purple jelly coming out from the sides.
