With this delicious cheesecake I made my office colleagues happy! "Poor" people…I make them happy some days with a new recipe... and those days are like feast days ... I like making cakes and especially trying new recipes…and Nigella’s recipes are so delicious….This cheesecake was easy to achieve... I was happy when I removed it from the oven and saw how perfect it was... perfectly cooked, the golden and smooth surface ... I was already thinking how to make the decoration for the photo ... mdah, I think maple syrup fits the autumn days... warm, golden, copper, red days of autumn…..so here's my creation! :)
