I made this cheesecake for Thanksgiving at my in-laws. Being a Brit in America, I mostly think of Thanksgiving as just a nice feast to start off the Christmas season! I personalized this recipe by topping the cheesecake with some crushed pecans for decoration. As with nearly all of Nigella's recipes I've tried, this was easy and straightforward with directions. Not too fussy but still ends up elegant and delicious!
