This was my first time making a cheesecake. I'm obviously an amateur chef but the recipe for this cheesecake was so easy and gave me such confidence I gave it a whirl. Let me tell you what, if everyone ate a slice of this cheesecake everyday the world would be such a happier more peaceful place. This cake felt like velvet in my mouth. I will definitely try and make this again! It was so much fun and again, it tasted so good!
