I love making these cookies for friends and family at Christmas. Instead of hanging them on the tree (because in New Zealand it is summer), I always include 3-D reindeer for the children, who each receive a Ruldolf, with red hail for the nose. Thank you Nigella, my Cake Mother, for this and so many other recipes that I love making and sharing. You've not only taught me how to bake, but also inspired me.
