I am an Italian medical doctor, I am always very busy, but I have a great passion for cooking. I love this cake, I already made it more than once, also because my family loves, and devours, it too!! A few days ago I made it using a bundt cake form, then I decorated it with slices of biological oranges cooked for a few minutes in the oven (180 °C ventilated). Great success, gone in one day.
