Citrusy Clementine cake so perfect for this time of year. The recipe was so easy to follow. I sliced an extra four clementines and slowly cooked them in a sugar syrup with some squeezed juice then lined the bottom of my tin with them. After baking I drizzled with the left over syrup. It didn’t last long !
