I did try to bake this cake at home, but I forgot to buy the almond. Instead I mixed roasted pumpkin and sunflower seeds into flour and it worked great, better then I could imagine. Its a must try thing. I enjoyed this cake with my partner, my mom and dad and they have always been skeptical to nuts and seeds, all I can say is that I have never seen them eat so much cake in my entire life! So thumbs up for this cake!
