Felt the need to be creative and tried an extra something. I wondered what could accompany better a citrus quest through a cold winter day and immediately felt the smell of cloves. Added just a bit of grounded flowerdust, a knife tip of aroma, enough to give a je ne sais quoi that would linger in the mouth. Splendid rich full moonish cake.
