For this beautiful recipe, I used small oranges instead of clementines as that was all I could find here in Australia. The strong citrus aroma flooded the house, making it a truly all round amazing sensory experience. It resulted in an incredibly moist and delicious, melt-in-your-mouth cake, that was an absolute hit.
