Ok so its never going to win a beauty contest , and it fairly much points out everything you shouldn't do when baking, yes it got stuck to the very expensive non stick spring form tin yes I did also grease and line the tin yes it got burnt (only a touch) when the fan oven decided to blow away the parchment I put on it to stop it burning. BUT look I tried and that is the most important thing that and it actually tastes great even though its ugly hahahaha. I've made the chocolate and lime flourless cake before and it was a triumph and gets better every day so i have great hopes for maybe next Tuesday this cake will be fab especially if I cover it in custard.
