Clementine cake. I love this really scrummy cake for dessert with a large dollop of creme fraiche. I have omitted some of the ground almonds in favour of coconut just for a change and a little bit more of a tropical taste. Such an easy recipe with not many ingredients, maximum taste with least effort. My kind of cake! I am now wondering whether this would work with limes and coconut?
