I'm recovering from hip surgery so this was a super fun and necessary activity as I convalesce. I didn't have superfine sugar or cocoa powder so I blitzed granulated (castor) sugar and cacoa nibs separately in my food processor and produced said ingredients. Also, I colored half of the frosting for the marbled green effect. Thank you Nigella for your loving inspiration that enables me to experiment. This will be brought to a St. Patrick's Day party later where it will undoubtedly be consumed.
