This scrumptious Guinness Chocolate Cake was made following the recipe to the letter. For fun we baked them, without incident, in beer mugs, topped off with frothey heads. The frosting is delicious and the cakes are perfection. I made them on St Patrick’s Day and will be giving them to friends and family to add to their celebration.
