I absolutely adore this cake and have made it a couple of times. This time I turned into a Winter Creation :-) The cake is so tasty and moist it really doesn't need a topping to overpower it, so a simple dusting of icing sugar on top is perfect and also created the 'snow' And no i didn't make the snowman or snowballs unfortunately......but i did have great fun making the trees, out of rosemary sprigs :-) Hope you enjoy my cake as much as i did creating it.....thanks Nigella for the recipe.
