This is the second time I’ve made this cake in a week. Fantastic recipe as it is easy to do. I was using a new oven and found it had a tendency to make the edge dry out more than normal. So the second time I increased the amount of Guinness to flour ratio which helped make the cake more gooey in the middle and fixed the dry edge issue. Perfect!
